UX is strategy, not JUST Design.
Playing with user task flows at wireframe level is always a fun and it helps make design process highly iterative. Additionally, it also helps consume the context, functionality, layout and creative aspect one at a time.
This process helps identify success touchpoints and helps find opportunities to shine resulting in business success stories.
Wire-framing and task flow help:
1. Bring usability to the forefront.
2. Iterate fast and builds a good starting point for stakeholders reviews (both internal and external)
3. Put emotions aside and helps to focus on information architecture and not design.
4. It helps design the product at a structural level
