Self-Introspection

A time to introspect ourself, revisit what worked, what needs improvement, what #UX best practices can be shared across other lines of #business and spread #design #culture across the #organisation. That’s what happened for a week-long NCR CXD India Summit. Although it was work as usual, we were able to stretch ourself and take out time to do #workshops and have fun. Deep dive workshops on:

2. Emphasis on transparent #communication to achieve goals
3. #Product Critique
4. Anyone can draw
5. #Leadership Connect

Drew good traction with a positive outcome to ponder on.
