AID is still at a very nascent stage, and we are just scratching the surface, but it’s a positive sign as long as there is the intent. Lovable experience backed by good design and excellent communication can deliver wonders.

Some applications never cease to surprise you, Google map, Google Auto and Smart Wearables are some of them. The purpose is long terms commitment which in-turn enhances engagement and deliver stunning user satisfaction.

I am a heavy user of Android auto, Apple Carplay, google home and smartwatches. Shear convenience and ease of use make me think the in-depth research, ethnography, & user satisfaction commitment that would have gone into it.

It all starts with asking “Let’s go home” and ends at “Welcome Home”.

Or

Asking Google home to play a song and she/ replies back.

1. Let me play [ Song Name ] for you — if the player is Google Music
2. Let me ask to play [ Song Name ] for you — if the player is Amazon Prime.

Isn’t it amazing..:-) We need to be Cognizant of the fact that smart integration of HUMAN entered aproach in everything that we do is the way ahead. Any thought?
